“By making the switch to level-funding, it allowed Ourisman the ability to budget medical expenses accordingly without the worry of the high claims month. With the many reports available from Wellnet, it has allowed us to track and look at many things as they come up on demand. I’ve been impressed with their customer service—their staff is second to none. We knew making a switch in our health plan had the potential to cause hiccups, – though, with WellNet it was a fluid transition. I have to say, the team members at Ourisman love the major network of doctors (Aetna,) but love having the “high-touch” customer service working with WellNet which in this day, is non-existent with the large carriers.”
