What would make you the best fit:
- You have a background/knowledge in planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing the Summary Plan Description and Summary of Benefit Coverage.
- You have a knack for researching and documenting compliance/regulatory updates and are ready to take this on with WellNet’s book of business.
- You are confident in your ability to maintain a comprehensive library of medical terminology and documentation.
- You consider yourself creative and have experience developing internal training material.
- You enjoy managing updates and revisions to technical literature.
- You have the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively manage the relationship with our compliance vendor.
You will stand out if you:
- Have obtained a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Have three (3) years’ experience in a payor environment, OR 3 years’ experience in a technical writing position.
- Consider writing and verbal communication skills as one or your top strengths.
- Are well known for your analytical skills and eye for detail. Your team marvels at your ability to prioritize and stay organized.
- Are great at diagnosis and finding solutions to problems.
• Identify yourself as proficient in Microsoft Office. - Can demonstrate a knack for writing in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
