As part of our team, you will serve as the primary WellNet representative for a roster of our clients. You will join us as we strive to save money and improve health outcomes for companies and their employees.

What would make you the best fit:
- You are enthusiastic about proactively managing WellNet’s relationship with its clients, focusing on benefit plan design, campaign implementation and management, issue resolution, cross selling, and ultimately ensuring client satisfaction to grow and retain the business.
- You feel confident about your ability to serve as the primary channel for broker interaction with WellNet and partnering with them to provide exceptional service to our mutual client base.
- You are motivated to drive awareness, training, and adoption of the WellNet 4.0 system across clients and members.
- You would be successful in identifying, implementing, managing, measuring, and modifying cost saving/behavior change campaigns for our clients.
- You would enjoy monitoring and managing client satisfaction through quarterly and annual reviews, renewal management, and client retention.
- You feel excited at the prospect of providing onsite services to clients to facilitate technology training and user registration, member engagement, health fairs, health risk assessments, benefits fairs, and enrollment meetings.
- You can effectively collaborate with our outstanding Implementation Team to ensure all ERISA plan documents (e.g., SPD) and WellNet contracts (e.g., BAA) are accurate, fully executed, and correctly filed with necessary parties.
- You have the experience necessary to partner with WellNet’s RN Health Coaches to ensure requests for wellness services are received and responded to in a timely manner.
- You can assuredly assist in the development of marketing materials and client communication pieces.
You will stand out if you:
- Have 5 years industry related experience servicing executive level company management.
- Possess a strong sense of professionalism and personal accountability.
- Consistently exhibit strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Identify organization, prioritizing workload and continually meeting time sensitive deadlines as your major strengths.
- Have a well-honed ability to do research and build business cases.
- Can easily navigate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other systems related to operations and administration, like CRM.
- Are able to demonstrate evidence of a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
