In this essential role, you will be responsible for working with a set of employer groups to conduct membership reconciliations, assist with new client implementations, and manage the day-to-day enrollment updates.

What would make you the best fit:
- You have a background in processing enrollment requests via portals and electronic file transmissions.
- You are highly adept at resolving member and group eligibility inquiries.
- You are confident in your ability to appropriately escalate issues to management and/or service partners and handle the issues until successfully resolved.
- You are experienced in and capable of prioritizing and managing your workload to meet strict deadlines.
- You can provide examples of how you’ve demonstrated attention to detail and taken personal accountability.
- You gain satisfaction from supporting member eligibility maintenance, including enrollments, terminations, all changes/updates, etc.
- You are eager to work with external vendors to ensure that eligibility is synchronized between the client and our partners.
You will stand out if you:
- Have experience as an enrollment/eligibility representative with an insurance carrier or third-party administrator.
- Possess excellent customer service skills; you are a great communicator with both internal and external entities.
- Can exhibit strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office aptitude, particularly Excel.
- Work just as well independently as you do on a team.
- Can demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Consider yourself to be collaborative and confident in presenting ideas to improve processes.
- Are quality conscious.
- Have a knack for troubleshooting.
