Manager of Enrollment Services

The Manager of Enrollment Services manages and oversees the day-to-day functions within the Eligibility department and assists with new client implementations in addition to new vendor eligibility integration and feed maintenance.

Reports To:

Director of Operations


  • Assist the Eligibility Analysts with any escalated enrollment issues.
  • Upon receipt of initial eligibility for a new client, validate the file and load it into P2P.
  • Build P2P plans and location/reporting groups.
  • Confirm all outside vendors are ready to accept eligibility and coordinate transmission to ensure members are successfully loaded.
  • Review incoming response files from vendors to resolve data discrepancies and errors.
  • Identify and process open enrollment changes for renewing clients. Coordinate with the client/broker regarding any eligibility discrepancies.
  • Complete member plan migration to designated benefit offerings during renewals where plans are being added/removed or the client is changing TPAs.
  • Train Eligibility Analysts as both technical and company processes are updated and optimized. Maintain documentation of P2P and Carrier Export processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills; can effectively communicate tasks, expectations, and goals within the team.
  • Knowledge of benefit rules and IRS compliance guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and concern about quality.
  • Strong technical skills: must be able to interpret both industry standard insurance feeds and proprietary format used.
  • Motivation to improve processes and assist the team in achieving efficiency.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness to others’ needs and expectations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
