Are you ready to develop relationships with brokers and consultants within your multi-state territory, educate them on self-funding, and work with your colleagues on customizing responses to a company’s unmet healthcare needs? In this position, you will confidently present our services and capabilities to decision-makers through compelling presentations, resulting in new clients for WellNet!

  • You have mastered the art of engaging your audience. You have a strong background in presenting to both small and large audiences, in person and virtually, using PowerPoint and other software.
  • You possess the business acumen necessary to elaborate on complex challenges facing industries and their workforces; you can rely on this foundational knowledge to illustrate how WellNet can solve these problems.
  • You identify yourself as a creative communicator, both verbally and in writing. You understand how to best explain concepts, ideas, and products in a way that is easy to grasp.
  • You have excellent follow-up due to your strong organizational skills. You are persistent, staying focused on leads, opportunities, and tasks, always committed to exceptional customer service.
  • You have a track record of working well with key stakeholders to expand service offerings and profitability.
  • You are adept at capturing status updates, next steps, and action items in a CRM system, and have the analytical capabilities necessary to regularly report on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.

You will stand out if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry with a third-party administrator (TPA) or similar industry.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have impeccable active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Are experienced with Salesforce/CRM.
  • Are curious, patient, and resilient. Your colleagues would describe you as a true team player, tenacious, and always striving to be at your best.
